Frequently Asked Questions
How deep do you have to dive to pass this course/What's a successful level 2 freediving depth?
Fii (Freediving Instructors International) courses are not based on hitting specific metrics like time or depth. They are skills based. So it's only necessary to demonstrate the required skills to pass the course. Being a competent and safe freediver means applying the freediving techniques taught in the course. These skills and practices will build a solid foundation for acheiving greater depths and longer times underwater in a safe and disciplined way.
